“A success story”: Canton Schaffhausen extends economic promotion mandate with Generis

Generis AG will continue to manage economic promotion and regional and location development (RSE) in the Canton of Schaffhausen in the future. This was decided by the Schaffhausen cantonal government this week. The contract, which runs until 2022, was extended for another two years until 2024.

With an entrepreneurial approach, great commitment as well as creativity and joy, Generis AG has now been managing the business development for almost 25 years and the RSE office since 2008. Since then, it has attracted over 500 companies and supported numerous project initiatives.

“Generis AG has fulfilled its mandate very well so far. The results achieved to date in the area of economic development represent a real success story,” the government council said.

Generis AG is pleased with the confidence expressed by the cantonal government. This is an additional incentive to continue to represent the Canton of Schaffhausen in the location promotion mandate with great commitment in the future.
