Alder + Eisenhut used their 133rd company anniversary not only to celebrate, but also to strategically reposition the business. For this Swiss company, a manufacturer of sports equipment and infrastructure, a clear focus is essential to remain successful in a dynamic market environment. Generis accompanied Alder + Eisenhut in a comprehensive revision of the mission statement and corporate strategy, sharpening company identity, setting strategic goals, and providing orientation to employees and customers.
