Our History

Over the course of more than thirty years, what began as a one-person operation in a post office has grown into a nationally active consulting firm with offices in Schaffhausen and Bern. Today, the company is supported by 11 partners and approximately 40 employees. At the intersection of politics and business, generis works as an economic development agency, regional development partner, and organizational development consultant for the federal government, cantons, municipalities, companies, associations, and organizations.
